Abstract

ABSTRACT   The structuring and management policies Denpasar Badung Market is a research that aims to rearrange Denpasar Badung Traditional Market in Denpasar Mayor of realizing policy guidance traditional market and modern store, this research successfully analyzed the constraints structuring and management of Badung Market, among others, lack of instructions from the center, so that the government under the central government haven’t been able to apply the rules of Denpasar Mayor, Other contributing factors are less assertive market local company in curbing traders, the next of delay lies in the decline in the arrangement of Badung Market funds, of delay budgets derived from the central cause of regional government has not dared to do the arrangement, especially the lack of human resources in implementing policies, constraints cooperation should be mutually coordinated between the PD. Market and Mayor of Denpasar must await the decision of the central in organizing the Badung Market. Keywords: Policy, Planning, Management, Traditional Market, Modern Market.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Mobile JKN application is an information technology-based application tofacilitate administrative services requirements through the application. One area that has implemented the Mobile JKN application is Karangasem Regency. The research uses the theory of Policy Implementation of Charles O. Jones, covering organization, interpretation, and application. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results in this study make explanation that the implementation of the Mobile JKN program in Karangasem Regency not run quite well both in terms of organization and interpretation that has not gone well. Then the aspects of the application are quite good. Through the use of the Mobile JKN application, especially in Karangasem Regency, it is expected that it will make it easy for the public to take care of other administrative needs and can increase JKN users. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Kanto Lampo Waterfall Tourism Object is the Tourism Potential of Gianyar Regency. Development strategies began to be taken by Tourism Object Managers such as the establishment of Tourism Object Management Board and the Construction of Tourism Object supporting facilities. The indicators used to dissect this research are the Tourism Development Phase indicators, (1) Exploration, (2) Involvement, (3) Development, (4) Consolidation, (5) Stagnation, (6) Rejuvenation. The results of this study indicate that the five phases of the development indicator have been included in the Development of Tourism Object Strategie. This study produced a recommendation in the form of a New Village Tourism Object Development Model to provide the right strategy to increase the potential of a Tourism Object. Abstract

ABSTRACT Green Open Space is an.elongated.area/line.and.clustered, which is an open sapces, where plants grow, both naturally grown and planted. The.purpose.of this research is to.know.how.the.Implementation.Green.Open.Space.Policy of Badung Regency in Maintaining the Green area in North Kuta Sub-District. The policy perfomance was measured by.using.policy.implementation model from Van.Meter.and Van.Horn.with 6 variables that influence policy performance. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the green open space policy implemented by the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Badung Regency still experiences several problems for controlling and spatial planning such as the occurrence of massive function shifts in North Kuta Sub-District and the implementation of sub-optimal regional regulations. Abstract

ABSTRACT Today the responsibility for accountability is not only in the central or regional governments, but also in the same authority in terms of realizing good and accountable governance. The research objective to be achieved is to discuss the Accountability of Village Income and Expenditure Management (ABPDes) in Tegal Mengkeb Village in 2018. This study uses exploratory exploration methods with techniques for changing data inzthe form of interviews, observations and evaluations. Accountability used in this study is divided into five indicators namely administrative accountability, legal accountability, political accountability, professional accountability, and moral accountability. The results of this study reveal the accountability proposed in village financial management in Tegal Mengkeb Village which in general has gone well, is still discussing some weaknesses that must be addressed immediately. It is expected that the future implementation will be more transparent and accountable in terms of the management of the Regional Budget. Abstract

ABSTRACT Denpasar is the region with the highest population in the Province of Bali. Due to the large number of population, it will affect the number of job seekers in an area. Therefore, Denpasar has to deal with unemployment issues, The Department of Labor and Denpasar Competency Certification has made efforts to overcome this issue by running the employment placement services. This study aims at finding the performance of the Department of Labor and Competency Certification of Denpasar in employment placement services. The results of this study showed that the performance of The Department of Labor and Denpasar Competency Certificationis good enough. It indicates good human resources and infrastructure, well-responded to any complaints, have achieved the target even though the numbers are unstable and able to be responsible and report all activities both in the internal and external environment of the organization. Abstract

ABSTRACT Badung Regency tourist destination thatalways crowded with tourists, especially in Kuta. Traditional Village of Kuta, or simply Kuta, is most favorite destinations. However, in 2015-2018 there has also been increase the number of theft crime in Kuta so the Australian Embassy issued a Travel Advisory. The purposes of this study are to find out and analyze the role of the Tourism Government Official of Badung Regency and the Government of Kuta in minimizing the criminal acts using the role theory of Henry Mintzberg. The role namely Interpersonal Role, Informational Role, and Decisional Role. The results showed that the Tourism Government Official of Badung Regency did its role but not by optimally, while the Government of Kuta has carried out role optimally in minimizing the crime by installing 100 CCTVs, doing night patrols, the formation of SJBS, as well as the completion of Awig-Awig and Pararem. ABSTRACT TheeOffice of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services of Denpasar City provides public services to the government in the form of licensing services. The Research objective is to find out the Performance of the One-Stop Investment and The theory uses to analyze theeresults of researchoon theeperformance of the One-Stop Integrated Investment and Service Office in issuing Trade Business Permits in Denpasar is the theory of Mahsun. This research uses descriptive qualitativeemethods with data collectionntechniques such as observation,iinterviews and documentation.nThe results of thissstudy indicate that the Performance of the One-stop Integrated aInvestment and Services Office in issuing a Trading Business License in Denpasar City has not been optimal, which can be seen from several indicators that is process, outputs, outcomes and impacts. Abstract

ABSTRACT Gianyar Regent Regulation No. 57 of 2018 concerning Management and Engineering of Traffic and Road Transportation and Parking Lot in the Tourism Area of ??Ubud regulates parking management to realize good traffic order and management in Ubud. In this study the researher used a qualitative descriptive method. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role and optimization of policies made by the government based on these regulations of traffic in Ubud. The data collection techniques used by interviews with informants, observation in the object, and documentation Through the theory of Effectiveness according to Duncan (2008) with indicators of goal achievement, integration and adaptation These problems are mostly due to the lack of commitment from the regional government and the government's attention to the policies that have been implemented.
